Right ear hole problem

Hi sir , Recently i consult with ent dr for ear he told me you hv a hole in yr right ear & he suggest me for tympanoplasty for right ear i want to know is this possible to treat with medicine or i hv to go with dr operation for my ear. And is their any side effect afr operation. Pls advice me.

It depends upon the size of hole. Small perforation might heal spontaneously ( if fresh ) . Keep your your dry . Wait for some and then revisit your surgeon.
