Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Age-40/m when doing head down/forward banding then feeling water in left ear(some time right also) and echo in listing. When doing head up then feel normal. Using ear bud no water on cotton no pain or listing problem in ear.

Round like swelling, pus discharge from the hole while wearing earrings. Very painful while removing and wearing again. Any remedies ?! Starting to spread in and around areas of ears. Thank you in advance

I am having a dry throat all the time and sometimes paining while swollw the salaiva

I belong to a town in Himachal Pradesh and visit once or twice a year. And everytime I visit irrespective of season (summer, winter or rainy) i get this horrible cold and allergy (sneezing, runny nose, coughing, itchy ears and throat) which is subdued in Bangalore or Pune where i lived till last year. I visisted many ENT specialists but to no avail.

Dear Doctor, I'm facing with this recess phelgm issue since several years.. And since last 2 years this problem has become so severe and is significantly affecting the quality of my life.. I stopped comsuming cold items and i even stopled taking any sour or citrous compounds. And ever since i have this problem, my nostrils are always wet and i have to clean it very oftenly. I had a few scans done after consulting an ENT, no sinus or bronchitus were diagnosed. I have tried all medicines.. Used ayurveda and homeo as well.. But still the problem persists and it severly affecting my life. Please advise me something! Thanks in advance. Sandeep.

I have been having running nose and cold for past 5 days and having cold when climate changes

I grunt while breathing out ferociously. During yoga this is clearly evident. I feel obstruction on breathing out in same rate as breathing in. Because of this obstruction I mentally feel I'm taking low oxygen and hence panting while I run.

My wife has had sinus problem for past few year,she is allergic to wether change which results in running nose and sneezing(lately happening almost everyday),but from last few days has encountered this  problem where in while sleeping she gets a sever cough attack almost every night and lot of cough comes out with it(had faced such problem before few years but got treated and cured, it has reoccurred now) . Please suggest what might be the problem and the remedy/treatment to this problem.Also Kindly suggest good ENT doctor at or around kalwa/thane whome we can consult.

My nephew ear has more earwax, to whom should we show to, how to remove it, he cries if doctor tries to check

The bump is under my lower jaw portion, I fear if it is head and neck cancer due to smoking. I started smoking from 2nd week of this month for maximum 5 cigarettes a day.
