Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a plugged ear with possible infection. A lot of pain. I also have a hiatal hernia with complications that cause heart palpitations. Is it safe for me to travel by car to Denver Colorado? I'm speaking of the altitude.

I am having lumps on the both side of the throats and its swollen. Is it swollen tonsil or something else.

I have been experiencing a very painful throat and pus filled eyes for the lasst one week , I have been taking medicine by consulting with my family doctor but my condition is not improving.
