I sometime hear some Flickering sound from throat.Very very rare. Mostly while sleeping and then feel sensation of empty stomach. What it could be. ?

Two days ago, I went snorkeling and got water in my ear. After cleaning the ear out with hydrogen peroxide, it was seemingly better. But yesterday, the other ear began to hurt. Hi for the past 1 and half month i can hear a whoosing sound in my left ear which is in rythym with my heartbeat, its constantly there and it seems louder when its a quiet environment, i read online this could be something called pulsatile tinnitus , could that be it, are there any medication available for this?
