Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Big hole in earlobe due to wear of excessive heavy earrings. Need to close it. Either by plaster or surgically.

I am a 29year female. ENT doctor has asked me to take Allegra 180 daily for a month because of my frequent clogged nose.. Along with this I take Uprise d3 60k weekly due to vita D deficiency.. from last two day I am having a feeling that something is stuck in my throat. So can I take Azithral 250?? Is it safe to take the three medicine together.. For how many days should I take Azithral

Hi, I have had throat infection followed by fever for 4 times over the last 6 month. Now I have throat infection, fever, headache and body pain. Should I again take the antibiotics course with paracetamol along with gargling? How do I put it to an end? Thanks in advance.
