Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've started to cough somewhere in February, after a sickness with duration in one week. I still have a cough and pain in my throat, despite my treatment with antibiotics(these antibiotics were prescribed to me by my healing doctor).

Well around 3 weeks ago I got shot in the throat with a pellet gun. It was a shot from around 3m away and to the left side of my Adams apple. I had a very hoarse voice for nearly a full week and had a lot of pain swallowing. I was sure there was no pellet in my throat but I didn't see any doctors about it. Now I think there may be remnants of the pellet left but I haven't seen any doctors about it so I wouldn't know. Where I got shot is a small scar like lump and beneath the lump feel like 2 sep

From past few days I am getting severe forehead headache whenever I cough, its now increasing to more and more. Also, I am suffering from high fever. Any possible remedies or medicines?

He's not have any accident,but today morning he's having this issue , what should I do now , need some advice and first aid
