I have stammering issue i cant get out
I have stammering issue I can't get out of it , I speak by stammering and others are not listening to me , I'm very ashamed in some situations and I can't explain things people look me very badly and I cant speak in groups, In my work place i can't speak with my colleagues, my work gets affected and if this continues I can't go to a higher position at office, this is my problem , kindly suggest what to do next, kindly someone help me , I'm 31 years of age

You need to visit a speech language pathologist/ therapist who can guide you through sessions how to come out of the problem, through various vocal exercises.There are speech language therapists who do this therapy online also. Like I do, so that if you stay far away from any good speech therapist you can take sessions online.
