I am having a year blockage issue for about a year. Using Furamist nasal spray, but no improvement. What to do.

Nasal blockage can be because of many reasons, since you are experiencing it in spite of using sprays..it's mandatory to evaluate and put on needful treatment to avoid complications like sinusitis.
