Weakness, cough and fever for the past 3 days. Lot of coughing mainly. Taken Azee 500 - is it fine?

I have started snoring a lot recently. It generally happens when my nasal passage is blocked. How should I stop snoring?

I've been having a nonstop cold and the doctor told me that I have Allergic Rhinitis and he gave me a nasal spray and some medicine that I take every night. But it was already a year since I started my treatment, yet nothing happened. I just want to know if there is something you can suggest that can help me to cure this allergy of mine. Hello My son had some bleeding from the nose today morning. Not sure whether it was due to heat. He had it once previously as well when he returned home in the afternoon. Was also another hot day. Wanted to know what to do when it happens. Also anyway to prevent it. Is it due to shifting between Ac and non Ac areas and out in the sun?

I feel I have some issue with my throat. Speaking feels effortful and voice cracks when I speak. I have to speak Loudly to keep the voice clear and stable. This in turn tires my throat quickly. I have to keep clearing my throat before I speak otherwise the voice doesn't come out clearly. Can someone tell me what exactly is wrong with the throat and how to cure it? I am taking it quite seriously since this subtle inefficiency affects of things in life.

Yesterday I noticed that a small area on my neck was tender. After a little bit of investigation I believe it’s possibly a lymph node. It doesn’t seem swollen at all but is painful to touch. This node is in the front of my neck, just above the middle of my neck so I don’t think that the pain is coming from my thyroid gland. I don’t feel a cold or anything coming on though either.
