Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For two days, I am suffering from something strange inside my mouth(on the right side of tonsils). It is something spiky and brownish in color which everytime irritate me and it has I think a whitish substance inside. And another thing in the left side of tonsils like two yellow spots. I am really worried that what is it and what is the reason behind this unusual thing. Please help me in this.

My ears are blocked since two days after swimming. Can eardrops help get it out? What other measures should I take to clear my ear and to prevent it further.

Hello sir i'm having problem of sinusitis and it has been years that i have not taken consult a doctor about it but then i thought i should consult one so i went to a doctor and now it has been 15 to 20 days but there is no improvement that i can see in me so please tell me what i should do with that problem and all the time i have mucus in my nose that is not runing through the nostrills but through my throat and specially when i drink water i feel the mucus in my throat so please help me???
