Accidently I applied eyes drops into nasal.. Do I face any side effects or problems in future in my nose, kindly help

For 3 wks, everytime i swallow. I feel no pain at all but just im not comfortable. Feels like i stucked a tiny food in my throat when i swallow. I took 3 pills of curam which is an antibiotic containing 500mg of amoxicillin for my cold. Then I found out I shouldn't have taken them and I'm currently experiencing headaches. Should I continue taking the antibiotic or just stop completely?
