Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, I am having ear congestion in one of my ear and nose bleeds on the same side. I also have flu and sore throat at the same time. I am mostly concerned about what's going on with my ears? Everything is muffled on one side. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

My daughter underwent BERA test and the result was that she had severe to profound hearing loss in both ears. What should be our next course of treatment? How dependable is BERA? Is there any other diagnostic method? Kindly advice

My wife conceived 2 months back. She had bronchital problem since childhood. Since she conceived she got very bad cough n cold. All Med tried with regular gurgle. Can't give all types of medicine or any antibiotic as she is carrying. She still have very bad coughing day long. Some one recommended to provide her with homeopathic medicine hepar sulph 30 ,4 doses twice daily before meals. It seems homeopathic won't have any side effects. Please help.. Can it be given or if you have any better help.

I have had severely swollen/red tonsils for 4 days. It is painful to swallow and cold foods soothe them for a little. I have stayed home and rested during this time and I have not seen much improvement. When i first wake up, they hurt the worst and I have an earache, but I am not sure if that is because the Advil has worn off or from sleeping horizontally. I have been taking advil regularly to ease the pain which is seems to help a little bit, but overall the swelling has not seemed to go down.
