Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm facing a sudden twitch in muscle on right side of the jaw line. It mostly occurs while eating. I can feel muscle getting on the right side just below the ear. Pain goes away after 15-20 mins. What causing this issue? Do I need to consult ENT or Neurologist?

Hi From last one month I am suffering from dizziness and vertigo. When I eat something I feel my stomach is too much filled and later i feel dizzy and not able to stand up then I feel vomiting sansations sometimes and after vomit then i feel good. I have asked you because I suspect ear infection can be the reason as I am having little hole in my ear membrane (parda). Plz suggest. Thanks Pratik

I smoke a cigarette per day. For the last couple of days i have been experiencing some strange pain in my throat. Its not severe but but bit like a pinching sensation. I sometimes feel like something is stuck at the throat. I try to swallow it but can't. Feeling bit of strange at last part of my tongue also. Like sensation less. Kindly suggest.
