Belthy gag feeling

I have a gargly like feeling coming from my chest up to my throat. A lot of post nasal drip that has made my whole throat very irritated and have that very bad nausea/gag feeling. Get this every 4-6 months or so and sometimes will gag over 20 times and can’t jeep anything down as soon as hits my throat it comes right back up! Please help!!
