Sir I have 28 year old my weight 67kg last 4 year I have not feel any smell and taste and  every early morning and night I feel cold and runny nose it can be treated in homeopathy please suggest me Thank you

My left ear has a problem since many years . Liquid used to come out and smells really bad . I have went to many doctors they prescribe me antibiotics after taking medicines it gets dry for few days and than starts again Please do let me know what shall I do further
