I've been getting vibrations in my left ear, during the night and early morning. It happens for slightest noise or a dog bark or some noise in the surrounding. It's like something fiddling with my eardrum. There is no issue when I'm at work. I've had this issue since a couple of years I guess. This would occur occasionally, but off late it's been a regular issue.. Is there any remedy for this.
