Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have black color elongated area on right side of tounge since last 5 years . At that time i had been through doctor and he said nothing to worry about it . . But now i am feeling it's spreading .so i want to know what would be the reason and diagnosis of this condition and could scar be removed?

Am a 29yr healthy female. Ent doctor prescribed Allegra 180 daily once for a month along with Avamys nasal spray. Along with this I take Uprise d3 60k once a week for Vita D deficiency. From the last two days I am having a feeling that something is stuck in my throat. So can I take azithral 500?? Most importantly CAN I TAKE ALLEGRA 180, AZITHRAL 500 AND UPRISE D3 60K TOGETHER??pls advise

Facing problem in throat while swallowing food or saliva, it's not tonsils , sometimes it's create problem sometimes not.

I had flue a month back. The fever got cured. But coughing hasn't gone. Now there is a pain and irritation in throat. There is a constant urge of clearing the throat. Coughing is there with very little generation of cough.

My son diagnosed with ear infection in December 2017. He is having same problem repeatedly till now. Surprisingly he never complaints ear pain but always have 99°c fever. Can't travel in car due to vomiting. How long I have to give him antibiotics.
