Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother is 42 and she lost 75%hearing in her right ear. Doctors suggested surgery "Tympano mastoidectomy". I would like to know it's there any side effects or this surgery is good or not?

How to clean my kid's ear, apart from buds. Is there any solution to bring up the dirt? He is very naughty and doesn't stay with me to clean his ears.

My ears are to itchy all the time from the deep inside. And it's been more than 3 years hence I started using too much ears bud which is bad.

Old case of treated scalp psoriasis, started excessive wax generation in left ear since 7-8 yrs back.  While periodic clinical ear  cleanings, doctor advised antibiotics but no improvement. In addition developed TM perforation. Exhausted left doctor visit. Last year one doctor told- there is no perforation, but wax formation is continuing...
