Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello I’m feeling a weird feeling in my left ear.. like once in awhile I feel numbness and like tingling.. Sometimes the tingling with go towards my left side of face too

I have swollen tonsils, with yellow spots on it. I can also see my epiglottis and hurts really bad when I swallow.

Since past 2 3 days I am suffering from little cold , cough and fever sometimes. But the cough is going really bad especially when I lie down and try to sleep anytime of the day or at night. Some scratchy feeling comes in my throat again and again and it continues in a non stoppable cough as soon as I lie down to sleep. Over coughing leads to slight pain at a point near my downward chest and upper abdomen. The coughing is dry most of the times which leads to a scratchy feel in my throat and lungs. Please suggest some general medication to make this cough go away or atleast so that I can sleep at nights. PS : I do not smoke or consume alcohol.

Little bit black residue will be present in my mucus when I caught or sneez...is it serious...? Also now days if I get caugh it will take time to cure like more than 1or 2 weeks Note: no smoking habit cover my face with cloth most of the times while going out

I'm an audiologist and this is my very concern from 3 weeks that I hear a sound which sounds like the bone the temporomandibular joint is breaking. This happens quite frequently throughout the day while reading, eating, whispering and I'm very much worried about it. Need help urgently

Is this a classical appearance of a squamous cell carcinoma caused from HPV on my right tonsil. I have no idea what it is other than assumptions. Would greatly appreciate any and all differential diagnosis and would like to know if this is something to be concerned about. I am 5 foot 5 inches, 220lbs, non smoker/drinker.

I have ulcer patches on uvula and tonsils n slimy secretions sputum like comes out there is no coughing.
