Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

If I have hearing disorder and problems and I have gone to the doctor and checked everything in the clinic and everything in normal , what does that mean ?

My doc had suggested metatop nasal spray (1 puff in each nostril) for allergic reaction when I face cold weather etc., 1) Is it safe to use Metatop nasal spray for long duration? for months or years? I get normal if I use the spray for a week or two and I generally resume after 2 weeks or so when I get those symptoms again. 2) Side effects on long duration pls? 3) Also, i have higher heart beat rate around resting BPM of 85. Please also advise if continued usage of metatop results in higher heart rate? thanks a lot!

Sinus problem create pain in left ear nd brain whn ever bend my head it start paining... Left year seems like block or swell

I have gone through seploplasty on 12th April 2018 because I have snoring problem doctor said that my left nose is deviated and I was earlier not able to breathe from left nose and after the surgery my snoring improved but not very much I am using decongestant also at night. I am 21/M had caught cold 3 days back. It stated with fever and coughing. Fever is gone but coughing is still happening. I took a syrup Coughdryll which dried my cough (I think). But recently i am feeling something is stuck in my throat. I am not having any problem in swallowing food but in intake of liquid I burp often. It feels something's is stuck in my lower area of throat and I am not able to cough is out.

The ear drum is raptured and is having a hole in it. How to go for the treatment either medication or surgery? Which one should be preferred?
