Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir.. my left ear is creating a buzzing sound and it does not allow me to hear as clearly as before. I have cleared my ear wax also. Please suggest me what to do further.

Two days ago, I went snorkeling and got water in my ear. After cleaning the ear out with hydrogen peroxide, it was seemingly better. But yesterday, the other ear began to hurt. Today I woke up and it is getting progressively more clogged. I cleaned it out with hydrogen peroxide also to no avail. How do unclog this ear? Also why has this spread between ears?
