Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from fever and body pain for two days. Have taken paracetamol to control it. But as soon as the effect is over fever reappers.

There is cuts in my throat under mouth and redness Causes me pain Difficulty in eating and even drinking What is the measures I should take And best remedy?

There was so much heat in chennai and i slept infront of fan and woke up with ear pain and the nerves touching the ear also aching, within a day started getting pimples and acne in tongue. Today most of the clinic is closed, can someone help to get some relief

Hello My son had some bleeding from the nose today morning. Not sure whether it was due to heat. He had it once previously as well when he returned home in the afternoon. Was also another hot day. Wanted to know what to do when it happens. Also anyway to prevent it. Is it due to shifting between Ac and non Ac areas and out in the sun?
