Today i went to the doctor so he gave me 2 nasal sprays one called "rhinolast" and the other one called "otrivin" he told me that i should take otrivin at the night and the other one at the morning so i took it at 11 pm after how many hours should i take the other medicine ?? plz answer me fast

Went out drinking and smoking shisha for a night, no accidents or injuries happened... It might be relevant that is in a super hot and super humid area. The next day I woke up with head pain from the outside, like when the hairs move, the head hurts, seems swollen, and the day after I realize my parotid gland is swollen. This happened so rapidly. No fever, no flu symptoms, mouth not dry, and no lymph nodes swollen as far as I can tell.

Hi, I have had throat infection followed by fever for 4 times over the last 6 month. Now I have throat infection, fever, headache and body pain. Should I again take the antibiotics course with paracetamol along with gargling? How do I put it to an end? Thanks in advance.
