Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I am unhappy with my nose size, it's bump is big and I want a slim nose without surgery. Please help me

For the past 3 - 4 years, I've noticed that my voice would keep cracking. There was a bit of throat pain.At first it's unnoticeable but of lately (2017 - 18) It's gotten a lot worse. I've noticed my voice has also gotten slightly deeper. I can't say anything properly without the fear of my voice squeaking. I'm 19, 20 in August and I'm a girl!! I smoke occasionally (every other week or month) I just want to know if anything is wrong with me or could there be something

What I believe to be my mastoid has been sore to the touch for about 2 days now. The day that it began I was doing yard work for about 6 hours. I have had this problem before and it usially just went away. Should I be worried? My lymph node right below it is also large and I can feel it when i touch it.

Hi Doctor, Initially I had a running nose and I took cold act tablet and running nose is stopped but started itching in my throat, I have taken TUSQ as well as some tablets in local store..today kafha came out and have a bit relief but want to check will it come again and what tablets I have to take..please suggest.
