Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My baby having cold cough and fever from a week. Following the attached prescription. Situation not improving and she not able to take medicines and vomiting. Please advise if the same is OK and how to improve her health and medicine intake.

I have tonsils pain and cold since 4 days and I took relent, nimtop P, 3A 500 and telecast L but I didn't get any relief so please help me. I have got water struck in my ears because of swimming so can it be the reason.

White pearly bumpy papule like growth on right tonsil, does not hurt, can feel it when swallowing. Feels like something in my throat. Slight right ear ache.

My sister is 8 years old.. But her hearing ability is low..she can hear after telling a thing for atleast 2 to 3 tyms..her hearing ability is a little better than an year before..doctor gave a syrup and said that it would get better with age..due to her poor hearing,she speaks less words when compared to the other children of her age.and also her pronunciation is very poor.. We cant understand clearly wat she speaks..pls suggest some remedy..

I cleaned my ear with a Q-Tip & went too far. It bled & hurts but I can hear just fine.
