Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Throat is paining like hell specially when i try to swallow anything even water What should i do to get a relief?

I have this throat irritation for many months. Lately I have noticed it happens when I eat anything sweet like chocolates, mithai, coloured foods cold drinks or plain sugar. I only drink lukewarm water and have Ayurvedic candy like eladi which gives temporary relief. But now I have cut out sugar from my diet and the irritation is not much as before. What can be the problem. To explain the irritation it's like whenever I have sugar theres a slight itching, discomfort and I have to cough till it feels better.

Voice is not clear since a month. There's no pain, no cold/cough. No other uncomforness. Only problem is my voice is not like earlier, it's coming like when we scream loudly then our voice changes, sound not comes out clearly. Same I'm facing now. But I didn't scream. As per my observation my voice keep changing over a month time, as time goes I identified that it's making issue. So kindly suggest what tests need to be done so that I confirm what's my problem is?

Have been feeling as if a kind of look is growing in between my throat and have noticed I can't even open my mouth wide and I could see the lion one at the centre and two by the side with yellowish plague and bad smell and a yellow saliva

My dentist told I have left maxillary sinusitis by seeing OPG. I am suffering from bad breath from long time. Would that be a reason. What treatment should I start for maxillary sinusitis. Please suggest good ENT clinic Bangalore. So that I can reach out

Im 20 years old .i having blood in my nose daily .in winters or in summer as well.i consulted to the doctor he said that i hv lower of vitamin a and k in the body .i also hving dry cough whenwver i wakeup cough starts.n hving blood in the nose.what shoukd i do he give the tablet name ( vitamin k) .

Lobes of the thyroid gland are normal in size and echotexture. According to ultrasound report a small well defined solid lesion seen in the right lobe measuring 12×8 mm. Two enlarged left supra clavicular lymph nodes seen measuring 21×8 mm and 12×9 mm. The carotid arteries and jugular veins are normal. Conclusion :- a small adenoma in the right lobe of thyroid with two enlarged left supra clavicular lymph nodes possibly of inflammatory etiology. And Wbc count 7300/cumm Neutrophils 30%(N:40-75) Lymphocytes 65%(N:20-45). S.creatinine 1.36 mg% (0.6-1.2) Montoux test An induration and erythema of 8 mm Seen after 48 hrs of intradermal injection of PPD. Test : positive. These are the report according to reports Doctor told me it is tb and suggest visit dots centre. But the tb specialists told me montox test is not very imp. They send me for fnac but tumor is very small and only one tumour is seen very small.patient have no symptoms of tb no weight loss no fever no fatigue no sweat.suggest

Dr. Jagdish Chaturvedi I have been suffering from sneezing, blocked nose from last 45 days or more. Consulted with two doctors . They somewhat gave me similar medicines and till date things have not improved much. I was told to avoid AC , but my work does not allow me to avoid it. I kind of spend almost 5-6 hours under AC. I have taken following medicines till date : Droxyl 500 - 1strip Sinarest tab - 1 strip Montair Fx- 2strips Otrivin nasal spray Sinarest nasal spray Steam inhalation once a day These days, my nose and sometimes face, neck fells itchy before I sneeze and in morning just after I wake up, I have a blocked nose. I am tired of the cold, blocked nose and sneeze from last one and half month. Please help.

#My sister is suffering daily bcoz of the blood bleeding regularly from nose. # observed in every 3days of intervel # we thougt tat it is due to heat in body. But we didn't find any abnormality in urine. # and apart from this she has dry skin so she is using medicines for that. Kindly say us the reason why she is getting bleeding ?? And medicines recommended?? ASAP.
