Well your bera waveforms doesn't have good morphology as they are not recorded properly.
Even the order of acquisition is also messed up.
I can't make out cochlear microphonic in both the ears . In your left ear there are reproducible wave v at 40dBHL which seems like your hearing level is near normal but the wave morphology is poor.
Cochlear microphonic s are observed in cases with auditory nerve disynchrony where cochlea appears normal and nerve functioning is affected. Thus for that we have to assess cochlear function through oae test , which generally comes out to be pass and Bera finding are abnormal with presence of cochlear microphonics.

I would suggest you to get your BERA test repeated by an expert audiologist before you decide upon CI.
