My 2 month old child's BERA report says bilateral severe to profound hearing loss. Attached is the report. Is there any hope that the situation will recover naturally in upcoming months?

Reports reviewed, It is A Profound hearing loss. Sadly, it cannot recover naturally. You will have to go for Cochlear implant. Please consult Government Or private hospital for entire work up.
