Mild headache and Constant dizziness
I had cold and continued sneezing 10 days ago which lasted for 2 3 days after which i started having constant dizziness and mild headache in upper side of right head and even ear burnung sensation and also pain behind eye and nose area and itching in right sinuses. Also I am not wearing my eye glasses since 15 days as i have lost them and also i have been diagnosed with cataract in right eye whuch is giving me very hazy and cloudy vision. Even one night i woke up as i was grinding my teeth and also in the morning majority of the times I have dry mouth and i have right side nose itching and continues 10 15 sneezes. I am very much afraid of the constant dizziness and headaches. My parents says it's due to stress as i am a upsc apirant preparing for mains right now. What could be the possible reason? Internet says it's brain tumor but i don't have vomiting and nausea and the headache is persistent in one area. Can it be tumor? I am very much stressed about this. Kindly help me please.
