Constant sneezing
From the last 6 months I have been sneezing constantly It happens whenever there is a change in temperature, fan over my head, or it could be nothing and i am sneezing It does not impact much my throat means i don't cough but constant cold and sneezing is there It happens for 2 days and then it comes back after 4 or 5 days At times i sneeze so much so that i get water in my eyes and everything gets blocked

Hi...... Use your air conditioner. Air conditioning reduces the amount of airborne pollen from trees, grasses and weeds that finds its way indoors. Air conditioning also lowers indoor humidity and can reduce your exposure to dust mites..... Decontaminate your decor. Maintain optimal humidity.. Prevent mold spores. Clean damp areas in the bath, kitchen and around the house to keep mold spores from developing..... Reduce pet dander. If you're allergic to dander, avoid pets with fur or feathers.... Clean regularly. Clean your home at least once a week..... Cover your nose and mouth if it's cold out....If your symptoms is worsened by cold or dry air, wearing a face mask can help....
