Please stop self prescribing medicines. Dexa is a steroid which lowers immunity and causes weight gain. May lead to repeated infection by itself. Lnz tab is a antihistamine for decreasing cold or nasal allergies. Pain chest if burning type may be due to acidity. The frequent medication use also can cause this. Razo d is an antacid but may not be helping you fully. Please visit a nearby ent specialist for ruling out other causes of chronic or recurring throat pain. It could be due to the acidity problem that u have or due to sinus infection. Wrong timely meals causes acidity and these complains in ot surgeons and staff. Air conditioning may be causing sinusitis which may be causing throat pain again and again. Please consult a ENT specialist directly.
