  4. Right side nasal blockage. Tight!

Right side nasal blockage
My right side nasal becomes block during night .. I have also done the dns x-ray of nose there is a slight deviation so kindly suggest what to do .. sometimes it becomes normal and the air passes freely and sometimes it becomes tight
