I'm male and from past 8yrs my voice is not mascular and deeper. Its a bit femalish. Can you help me whom to consult to fix my voice pitch to be deep and masculine? Which doctor or specialist can help here? What could be the problem?

This problem is called puberphonia. You can consult Voice therapist along with ENT surgeon. Try voice therapy for few months. If it's not improving there is surgical option too. Surgery (Thyroplasty type 3 ) can give you your desired male voice.
