Belly and shoulder fat loss
I have tried various methods, but I end up not following through any method to lose the fat I have accumulated around my belly and shoulders. I used to be a professional cricketer and used to have really good stamina. Off late I can't manage to run a mile without hyperventilating. I know I have a problem with my diet as my cravings are uncontrollable. Is there something that I can do to help me lose weight and build my stamina back and also my self-respect.
