Hello, My weight is 78. I try so many things but after delivery my weight is not reducing. I have a lumber spondylosis. So because of that I can not do physical work . I don't know how can I control my weight ?please give me some tips?

Hi I am 27 years old, 5 ft 9 inch and weighing only 56 kgs. I sleep late and wake up late. My appetite is also pretty weak. I need to increase my weight and build a physique (strength). Please suggest an appropriate diet for this (I eat non veg food exclusively). Should I join a gym straightaway (if yes, then what should I focus on) or should I need to put on some weight first?
