Hi doctor, My baby is 7 month old and we are feeding her NAN PRO 2 . Now we would like know how much we should feed her on a daily basis... I mean if you can tell me in how much quantity and interval on a daily basis.?

Doctor, I joined Fitness Centre in Dec-16 ,in the beginning i was regular with 5-6 days weekly  later it became 3-4 days. in between i took Off in Feb and Mar. Now again I am started  going fitness centre weekly 3-4 days. Doing Cardio Workout daily , i am not interested in strength workout.. Is it okay .. I have to cut down my  weights by 10 Kgs.. I am a non vegetarian, Weekly 4-5 meals. Please advise me..  Thanks in advance ..

I have been facing constant digestion issues since 2 years now. I have tried many changes in diet but none have worked. I get gas and smelly farta as soon as i eat something. It has given rise to daily boils on my face and back.

Hi, I get stomach ache if i eat any food item which contains eggs or mushrooms, i used to believe that it cant cured. However after watching few videos on YouTube i am hopeful that it can be cured. Request you to kindly help me with the same as i find it difficult to have non veg meals in many restaurants. Thanks! Regards, Puneet
