For some reason in the last 1 year my childs concentration skill's have dropped. He is fed vegetarian food.
Diet:
7:30 am 150ml of milk with pediasure and honeyloops
10:30 am a bowl of carbohydrates rich food 150 grams and curd
14:00 rice salad and cooked vegetables 150 grams
19:00 2 chapatis with dal curd and fruits 100grams
Is this enough am I missing something? What is your recommendation of an ultimate diet for my son who is four years old
