Excess Weight
Hello doc..Currently i weight around 82kg..i m 25 yrs with a height of 5ft 10inch.. I dnt have any other medical illness.. I tried going gym but due to my heavy duty i m nt able to go gym daily.. I eat lots of junk food outside & my dietary habits are very bad.. So nw i want to control my diet so that i can reduce my weight.. Pls help me out.. Thanks

Firstly avoid junk and fast food completely. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink plenty of water. Take high fiber low fat diet.
