Weight doesn't Gain.

My weight is constantly below the healthy BMI range, and my BMI is around 16. I am 19 years old. Should I test myself for some diseases in my body, since whenever I gain weight it reduces back to the previous one after a couple of weeks. If yes, then what all tests should I perform? If no, then why does it happen. Kindly also give tips to gain weight while eating a vegetarian diet.

Fat Surgery to be done.

My mother has already undergone 3 major operations during which some part of the intestine, ovary and uterus was removed. Now, she has developed hernia, approx. 9.5 mm. due to the increased tummy fat, doctors suggested to undergo fat removal surgery and then the surgery for hernia. Please suggest. Will there be any life risk? Since already she has undergone 3 major operations, will this method be okay in her case?

Want to reduce weight

I have reduced my weight from 75.5Kg to 67kg by controlling food habbits & walking. Now the effect is not faster I want to further reduce it to 60 kg. In the meanwhile I also feel angry. So need a diet plan as I want proper calorie intake

Increase weight

I have been trying to increase weight from last 1 year but i think it is not helpful, I'm taking 2 banana with milk in the morning and foe lunch i generally eat 4 Roti with daal, in the wvening i usually take chick peas and then after 1 hrs 2 banana again with milk, for dinner i usually take 4 Roti
