I am 24 years old and my weight is 105 I have hight blood pressure from last month I have hard headache coz of sunstroke. I have problem of hemoglobin also I don't have thyroid and PCOD

I want to increase my weight from 52 to 70 or above ... I am heavily under weight. I couldn't properly mention diet. I tried taking endura mass but doesn't help ... Could you tell what should i follow to increase my weight as early as possible.
