I am losing weight quite fast. I'm not able to eat. I hate the thought of eating food nowadays. I eat and within next ten minutes end up going to the bathroom. It's with any food nowadays. Please help. Problem faced for the past couple of months. Might have lost 5-6 kgs in two months.

Since the age of 17 till now i have never gained weight.My weight remained between 36 to 38 kg only and now i am 27 yrs still same.It seems what ever food i eat has no effect in my body. Plz tell how can i gain weight.

I am doing keto diet from last 20 days and lost 5 kgs in first 12 days. 13th day i took carb day and after that it stuck on the same weight from last 7 days. Following the diet like hell(less than 20g carbs) 70-75% fat and rest protein. Now what to do? By the way I am 93 now and 5.7'.

Even after 1 month of strict dieting and exercise ,i am unable to loose weight.I had a history of microadaenoma in pitutary gland due to which i gained arounf 10 kg weight last year. And now unable to loose it.

I have been looking for solution of the above listed issues . I have tried every thing . FYI, I have been operated for appendix at an age of 20 and now my age is 25 and I am still having the digestion issues like if I do any heavy eating then definitely that would take me to hospital with a unbearable pain.Done test like endoscopy and ultrasound
