Incresasing Weight and Obesity
I have a busy schedule due to which I have become obese. I am on a diet but I am not getting the results. What else can be done?

Take regular breaks from work place or desk.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take plenty of water every day. Take high fiber low fat diet.Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
