I am 27 years old. My height is 5ft1inch.weight is 66kg. Obesity arises. Due to over weight various problems are occuring. How i can loose weight? Please help me doctor. How much weight shoud i loose?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
