Hello, Weight gain is a process that requires constant modifications. There are a lot of other factors as well that make it difficult to gain weight and it is very important to analyze them. Supplements, drastic changes etc. will only give short term results. Improving your overall intake & regular physical activity mainly weight bearing exercises will help you in gaining weight. A personalized diet session is strongly recommended for you as it will take into account your routine, lifestyle, medical conditions if any, eating habits etc. and allow us to analyze the gap areas & guide you accordingly. Foods that can help you gain weight are eggs, milk & milk products, sprouts, chicken, fish, whole grains, calorically dense vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam etc. Healthy fats from nuts & oilseeds etc. Exercise regularly mainly weight bearing exercises should be performed. Most importantly never workout or exercise on an empty stomach. Ensure you have enough good carbs like potato, banana or any other fruit before. Also, consumption of proteins in the form of milk, eggs, curd, paneer, milkshakes etc. immediately after workout is extremely crucial.
