Are there any recommended diet pills that actually help weight loss and not just curve my hunger? I have been dieting for around 2 months and have been exercising but my weight seems to only drop mildly very slowly. I want to know if there is any diet pills that'll help weight loss and not just curve my hungar because I don't want to starve myself.
