Rapid weight gain in 8 months.

In the last 8 months i ve gained 7 kgs I am 53 years female my height is 4.11 Cud not exercise due to back problem some problem or the orher. Did yoga three months but did not lose weight. My diet too is normal. I rarely eat outside food. Still i m gaining weight on my stomach n hips. Can i join a gym. I have weak knees n joint pains

Muscle building

Pcos,thyroid,insulin resistance,stones

My sister aged 28 had a master check up last month and was reported to have pcos, severe throid, higher insulin resistance levels, and also gall bladder and kidney stones. She is 74 kgs weight and 5.4 tall. Doctors have warned to reduce weight. She even goes to gym. Also heard that not to take millets in diet as it increases goitre.

Hello doctor, I jog 4km daily since one year,I'm also doing 100 pushups,40 pull ups daily before jogging, I almost exercise 2 hours daily,6 days a week and I eat not much,but I look still fat,my breast like girls,even though I do 100 pushups daily and 40 pull ups,also there is no big change for my belly,its constant I think,I'm 27 year old man.
