I have jaundice from past 21 days and now it has come down to 2.7,so after getting back to normal bilirubin level when can I start gym and does the diet during jaundice makes one fat or gain weight which I don't want to. I have been taking rice and boiled vegetable 3 times a day from past 15 days. So will it make me fat?? And how can I remain lean?
