Healthy evening, People with jaundice go 3 F , which is restricted fatty snd fried foods, take 2-3 liters fluids a day and eat more fibre ( green leafy and fruits) Take high carb diet including sugar cane juice, honey in diet . 1. Stay hydrated 2. Eat varied of fruits and vegetables 3. Look for high fiber foods such as oatmeal, broccoli, chickpeas , berries and almonds 4. Eat variety of protein and choose leaner cuts of animal protein.
