No , gulab jamun should be avoided in jaundice . Liver is the organ where fats is metabolised and deposited as glycogen . When liven does not function properly , the digestion of food become sluggish hence any items loaded with fat may create digestion issues and may have detrimental effects on the liver .

Diet during jaundice has to discussed on one on one basis. Gilab jamun is not advisable as the jamun is died in oil( deep fried).. Further clarifications pls consult one on one.

Low fat but light and easily digestible food ,sugarcane juice is very good. Not Gulab Jamun but white cheena rasgulla is good. Paneer  is very but try to prepare at home.
