Lean Muscle meal plan
I am 30 years old and recently i had weight loss as My BMI was overweight. Now after weight loss BMI is normal. Current weight is 67KG and height is 5.6". My next target is to have healthy life and gain a Lean Muscle body but no body fat gaining. Please help me with a diet plan that i can follow.

For gainning lean  musle and follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high protein  food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Hello!! Congratulations you did it. Loosing weight is not easy. But if you have done that you can maintain it as well. Their are few things to remember . Have atleast 400 gms of fruit in ur daily diet . At least 2 portion of green leafy veggies . Avoid red meat i. e., mutton instead have chicken and fish . Dairy food is important but try to have skimmed milk . Do not indulge in extremes like long fasting and excessive eating. . Light dinner is always give exceptional results. . Stay hydrated . But consult a Dietitian with your CBC report to get the best advice.

lean muscle gain can happen if you eat optimally for your present reduced body weight with appropriate muscle building activities

Include optimal calories from whole cereals such as wheat,millets,Rajgheera,barley etc with high protein atleast 1gm per kg of body wight per day with 5to 6 servings of vegetables to supply the needed multi vitamins and minerals with 2 servings of fruits and prebiotics
