Diet for Chronic Liver Disease, Jaundice

I have easophaegal varices bleeder, for which i have got 8 bandings done. My liver is enlarged, and fibroscan reading says 75. I used to consume alcohol a lot but after 1st episode of blood vomit i quit alcohol completely. my bandings were done on 14th Feb & 1st March. Since then i have followed every advice of doctors. My Haemoglobin is 8.1 and Bilirubin is 4.5, Alkaline Phosphatase is approx 350, SGPT & SGOT are close to 40, Platellets 181000, TLC 9000+ and i get good motions two times a day without any blood in stool. I am allowed to consume 3 gram to max 4 gram of salt per day and high protien diet. Please suggest me a diet chart considering my liver conditions and jaundice. And with my kind of situation can i smoke 1 or 2 ciggerettes a day?? Please let me know what all precautions and preventive measures to take to avoid any more bleeding episodes.
