Hi, I was very slim at my college days. But now I am observing the stomach, chest, throat size  is increasing. Please guide me what necessary steps I should follow. Which treatment I need. I am very scared, do i visit dietitian? I have attached photos. Please review it. Do I start dieting? What should I avoid to eat? Do I have to join gym? I do 6-7 suryanamaskar daily.
