Not feeling hungry

I'm losing weight day by day and don't feel hungry. Just to let you know , I smoke like 10 cigarettes a day. So could you please tell me what all tests should I undergo to know the exact reason of this loss of appetite and weight loss.I'm even ready to reduce my habit of smoking to support the advice given by the doctor.
